Authentication Process

At The Veritas Vault, Inc., we take authenticity seriously. As part of our commitment to fighting counterfeits, we review each item independently. To ensure that every item we offer is 100% genuine, we partner with a trusted third-party authenticator who specializes in luxury goods verification.

Our Process:

1. Third-Party Authentication – Each item is carefully inspected by an experienced, independent authentication expert. They examine details such as materials, stitching, hardware, serial codes, and craftsmanship to verify authenticity.
2. Certification – Once authenticated, the item receives either a certificate of authenticity or a verification report from the third-party authenticator.
3. Transparency & Trust – We provide all authentication details to our customers for full transparency. If an item does not pass authentication, we do not sell it.
4. Other Authentication Service Options - We are an Entrupy verified seller and offer to obtain a certificate of authenticity from the service of your choice for a fee. While we trust the authenticators that we use, we recognize the importance of offering our buyers the option to choose the authenticator. While this service is offered at an additional fee, the buyer will receive the original certificate obtained by The Veritas Vault, Inc.

We believe our authentication process sets us apart from other resellers.
